The Maiden & the Moon - Development Update #1
Hello!
Things have been moving a bit slowly lately... I'm gonna be honest.
The original plan was to create four parts for the series:
Part 1: The Jester & the Prince
Part 2: The Phantom & the Sun
Part 3: The Maiden & the Moon
Part 4: The Creator - Epilogue
For the past week, I've been considering the possibility of just merging the last two parts (The Maiden & the Moon and The Creator - Epilogue) into one. However... I'm concerned that doing so might make the story feel rushed and the character development (or lack thereof for the Creator) from unfolding naturally...
As for the progress on The Maiden & the Moon, I would say around 30% of the game is finished. The character sprites are finished, but I still need to polish the backgrounds and work on the CGs. I will be adding mini games, as well (which can be skippable). This threequel might be longer than The Phantom & the Sun, so it will take some time to complete...

As others already said, no need to rush.
Games take a LOT of time to make and perfect, and us players know that. Whatever you decide to do, nor how long you will take, we won't mind.
PS: We will literally eat the entire game/games no matter what, we are in too deep to back out now, so do not worry about a thing.
